Although we at Haggerty Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Lava World International®, are free-spirited hip cats who love to share with you all, there has been quite a bit of controversy over the proper usage of our registered trademarks. Trademarks protect our originality. Now we know that most of our web fans are only trying to profess undying love for LAVA® by placing our products all over the Internet. We are definitely flattered. Unfortunately, there are certain issues which need to be addressed. LAVA® brand motion lamps are covered by numerous registered trademarks to ward off evil infringers. You may be asking yourself, "What do they mean by that?" Well, keep reading.

A trademark is the guardian of our creative ideas. It distinguishes to our loyal followers the genuine products from copycat wannabes. Trademarks must be guarded in order to be kept. A word, a phrase, a design, a configuration; anything which distinguishes that particular product from any other one in the market and puts ownership to it, can be trademarked.

Haggerty Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Lava World International® is the proud owner of many registered trademarks, including the famous LAVA® mark and the LAVA® brand motion lamp configuration trademarks. 1. A "lava lamp" does not exist. That awesome glowing sculpture which draws you in with its magical flowing globs of color is to be referred to as a LAVA® brand motion lamp.

Somewhere on the page containing a LAVA® brand motion product, the following must be written: LAVA®, LAVA LITE®, LAVA WORLD INTERNATIONAL® and the configuration of the LAVA® brand motion lamp are registered trademarks of Haggerty Enterprises, Inc. Purchases

For all purchases, payment must be made at the time of purchase by using PayPal® or PayPal® approved payment options. Exchanges and Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, Lava World Online will accept returns and exchanges in their original condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. Postage to be paid by the returning party. ALL Delivery charges are nonrefundable.

Sales Tax

Illinois residence will be charged sales tax based on ship to address. Customers purchasing products for deliver outside Illinois are required to claim appropriate sales tax & use taxes in their jurisdiction.

Individuals & Organizations Exempt from Paying Sales Tax

Shipping and Handling Information

Parcel Shipping and Handling

Most items will be shipped out of our facility in 3-5 business days of receipt of the order and will be delivered via parcel post or carrier of the Company's choice to your home. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by the parcel post or carrier. We regret that we cannot ship to US PO boxes or foreign countries. Some locations may require additional surcharges (such as Alaska and Hawaii, customer service will contact you in these instances). Shipping and Handling rates are based on the total merchandise value per delivery address and may change with out notice. The rates will appear once you have placed your order so you will know the rate in advance of ordering product.
